Mini Guns - Version 1.0.17 Release Notes

Hey everyone! Here are the patch notes for the latest update! Most of the work done for this update has been to help optimize our servers and reduce the lag that some of you guys have been experiencing. That being said we have some AMAZING changes coming up in the next few months that the team can't wait to share with you guys. - Increased Empire Infantry, Trucks, Helicopter and Plane Health difference from 10% to 15%
- Decreased Empire Tanks Health difference from -20% to -15%
- Base / Standard Base / Fort: Increased damage from 100 to 120
- Soldier / Infantry / Rifleman: Increased damage from 65 to 70
- Rocket Launcher / Anti-Vehicle Infantry / Rocket Soldier: Increased damage from 200 to 300, reduced damage vs infantry from 50 to 35, reduced damage vs helicopters from 75 to 50, reduced damage vs base from 50 to 35
- Mortar / Small Bertha: Reduced fire time from 0.6 to 0.4, increased max range from 250 to 300
- Heavy Machine Gun / Stationary Gunner / Tripod Gunner: Increased damage from 20 to 30, reduced damage vs trucks from 50 to 25, reduced damage vs base from 25 to 10, increased truck targeting priority
- Commando / Grenadier: Increased grenade min range from 100 to 125, reduced radius from 45 to 30
- Photon Trooper / Laser Trooper: Increased base targeting priority
- Combat Medic: Reduced health from 165 to 110, reduced damage from 27 to 23
- Paratrooper / Airborne Trooper: Increased range from 100 to 120, damage from 50 to 60, reduced damage vs tanks from 50 to 25, increased truck targeting priority
- Blaster / Heavy Infantry / Armored Infantry: Increased damage from 250 to 350
- Pyroblaster / Flame Thrower: Now targets trucks over infantry
- Tank Lady: Now targets trucks over infantry
- Bike / Motorcycle / Cheetah Bike: Increased damage from 30 to 35
- Hover Truck: Reduced run speed from 110 to 90, removed spread from cannon, increased cannon damage from 250 to 500, added 15 radius to cannon, no longer targets tanks with cannon, increased reload time from 0.7 to 1.3 with cannon, cost reduced from 5 to 4
- Mine Layer / Alligator Truck: Increased mine damage from 400 to 600
- Siege Tank / Artillery Tank / Giraffe Tank: Now prioritizes Buildings -> Tanks -> Trucks -> Heavy -> Infantry
- Sonic Tank / Soundwave Tank: Now prioritizes Buildings -> Tanks -> Trucks -> Heavy -> Infantry
- Missile Defense / S.A.M.: Reduced deploy time from 2.5 to 1.5, AP cost reduced by 1
- Dragon Tank: Increased health from 960 to 1530
- Mammoth Tank: No longer targets light infantry with standard cannon
- Bomb Balloon / Hovering Balloon: Now targets trucks over tanks
- Interceptor / Intercopter: Increased machine gun damage from 25 to 30, machine guns now targets planes, increased missile damage from 100 to 110, no longer targets infantry with missiles
Jet / Hunter: Now prioritizes trucks over tanks with missiles, prioritizes trucks over infantry with machine gun
- Transport / Mini Tank Transporter: Increased health from 500 to 1000
